The forklift structure is generally composed of four wheels, and most of the forklift supports are horizontally hinged frames. When the frame is inclined and hits the block, it becomes a four-point fulcrum, and the four-point forklift has good lateral stability. The main components of the internal combustion forklift are:

(1) Engine It is the power device of the forklift and is a machine that converts thermal energy into mechanical energy. The power produced by the engine is output by the crankshaft

2) The transmission device includes clutch, transmission, main drive, differential, half shaft and other parts. The function of the transmission device is to transmit the power output by the engine to the hydraulic pump and drive the wheels, so as to realize the lifting, tilting and driving of the forklift.

(3) The control device includes two parts: the steering mechanism and the braking system. The basic function is to change the driving direction of the forklift, reduce the running speed or stop quickly, so as to ensure the safety needs of loading and unloading operations.

(4) The working device includes inner and outer masts, fork frames, forks, lifting chains, rollers, pulleys and other parts. Its function is to fork, lift or stack goods.

(5) The hydraulic system includes a fuel tank, a hydraulic pump, a distributor, a lifting hydraulic cylinder, and a tilting hydraulic cylinder. It is used to realize the lifting and tilting of goods.

(6) The electrical system includes the power supply part and the electricity consumption part. There are mainly batteries, generators, starter motors, ignition devices, lighting devices and horns.
